The easiest way to get started is to provide us with a very brief  Executive Summary consisting of no more than three pages of your project so we may evaluate it to be sure it is doable.

Example: Briefly tell about who you are, your accomplishments and some background on your Project. Also indicate what amounts you have into the Project, amount of Funding that is needed to complete the Project, use of Funds and the end Value of the Project. Include a VERY brief Business Plan with Projections and if applicable an Exit Strategy.  

All projects must: A- Make Sense, B- Funds must be collateralized and C- Have Ability to Service the Debt. Upon completion, the summary may be sent to us through the site or directly at Susanmdir@msn.com . by attaching the file to the email in PDF format. Include your contact information in the main Body of the email. Your Summary will be reviewed and the decision will be made then to proceed to the next step The Project Submission Form.
